Terms of service.

These terms describe the general basis on which Flicker Effect AB provides consulting, growth operations, analytics, AI-assisted workflow, and technology services.

Services.

Flicker Effect provides business consulting, marketing operations, analytics, AI-assisted workflow, and related technology services. Specific commercial terms, scope, fees, and responsibilities are agreed separately with each client.

Authorized account access.

Clients are responsible for granting only the account access needed for the agreed work. Flicker Effect will use connected advertising, analytics, or business accounts only for the authorized service purpose.

Flicker Connections.

Flicker Connections provides private relationship-management functionality using read-only first-degree LinkedIn Connections data explicitly authorized by the member. It may be used only by the member and limited personnel or assistants authorized to support that member, and only to organize existing professional relationships, prepare for meetings and introductions, and maintain internal relationship records.

The service must not be used to sell or externally distribute Connections data, for advertising or automated outreach, to enrich unrelated profiles, or to make employment, credit, or other eligibility decisions. Flicker Connections is operated by Flicker Effect AB and is not sponsored or endorsed by LinkedIn.

A member may withdraw LinkedIn authorization at any time. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not by itself delete previously stored data. Flicker Effect deletes stored LinkedIn Connections data immediately on request or when the relevant Flicker Connections account or service relationship is closed, except where law requires limited retention. Human approval.

Where our work involves paid media accounts, campaign launches, budget changes, targeting changes, or other spend-impacting actions, we require appropriate authorization from the account owner or their approved representative.

No guarantee of results.

Marketing, investment, and technology outcomes depend on many factors outside Flicker Effect's control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee traffic, revenue, profit, fundraising, ranking, or advertising performance results.
