Terms of service.

These terms describe the general basis on which Flicker Effect AB provides consulting, growth operations, analytics, AI-assisted workflow, and technology services.

Services.

Flicker Effect provides business consulting, marketing operations, analytics, AI-assisted workflow, and related technology services. Specific commercial terms, scope, fees, and responsibilities are agreed separately with each client.

Authorized account access.

Clients are responsible for granting only the account access needed for the agreed work. Flicker Effect will use connected advertising, analytics, or business accounts only for the authorized service purpose.

Human approval.

Where our work involves paid media accounts, campaign launches, budget changes, targeting changes, or other spend-impacting actions require appropriate authorization from the account owner or their approved representative.

No guarantee of results.

Marketing, investment, and technology outcomes depend on many factors outside Flicker Effect's control. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee traffic, revenue, profit, fundraising, ranking, or advertising performance results.
